WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE SCHEDULE?
THURSDAY
8:00 PM - Night of Worship. Free event/limited seating.
FRIDAY
10:00 AM - Workshop I
11:00 AM - Workshop II
NOTE: Workshops are NOT included with Conference Pass/ limited seating.
2:00 PM - Session 1
7:00 PM - Session 2
NextGen After Party post Session 2 (ages 12-22)
SATURDAY
10:00 AM - Session 3

PREMIUM WEEKEND PASS:
The Premium Weekend Pass includes TWO Friday Morning Workshops, all Conference Sessions with preferred seating in the front section, a conference t-shirt, and a special gift!
(Note: If you are bringing a group and want to sit together in the preferred seating section, EVERYONE in your group must purchase this ticket type. Only 300 preferred seats are available.)
CONFERENCE PASS:
General admission to all Conference sessions.
NEXTGEN PASS:
Ages 12-22. General admission to all Conference sessions and NextGen After Party.

*No deletions or subtractions can be made to any pass.
*Passes are non-refundable but transferrable.

HOW DO I REGISTER A GROUP?
Anyone bringing a group may create/manage their group in Brushfire. When registering, choose, I’d like to create a group so others can join me. Name your group, provide a contact email address, and create a passcode. You will then receive an email confirmation with your group information and a link to share with those in your church/group. Share the link AND/OR your group name & passcode with anyone who will be registering themselves. Anyone with the group passcode or link can purchase any ticket type by clicking “Join a Group.”
DOES CREATING A GROUP ENSURE GROUP SEATING?
LARGE GROUP SEATING requires 25 members or more to be eligible for reserved seating. Groups smaller than 25 members are asked to comply with these standards.
Note: Large group seating is not considered “preferred seating.” It only means we will find space to keep your group together. The cutoff date for Large Group Seating is October 25.
WHEN DO DOORS OPEN?
The Great American Hall doors will open ONE hour before each session for Premium Weekend Pass holders and the designated leader from each Large Group of 25+. For General Conference ticket holders, seating will open 30 minutes before the session.

IS THERE A HOST HOTEL?
Hershey Lodge is the host hotel. It is always beautiful this time of year, and Hershey offers a fantastic one-stop venue. The cost per room is $205.35 (taxes and fees included). This hotel sells out QUICKLY so reserve your rooms ASAP!
HOW DO I SECURE RESERVATIONS AT HERSHEY LODGE?
Reservations open on September 3! The link will be on the page when it becomes active.
**For GROUPS, use the HERSHEY LODGE RESERVATION FORM and either fax or email the completed form to the hotel. The ROOM BLOCK closes on October 8.

CAN FOOD BE PURCHASED AT HERSHEY LODGE, AND WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST?
Hershey has excellent restaurants on-site, including the Cocoa Beanery for coffee and specialty drinks! The cost per meal is typically between $10-$20. Visit https://www.hersheylodge.com/dining/ for more information.
FOOD TRUCKS ARE AVAILABLE!!
Several FOOD TRUCKS will be stationed in the parking lot outside of the Chocolate Lobby as an option for lunch and dinner.

HOW ABOUT SHOPPING?
There’s always shopping!! We will have many both ministry and business exhibitors, and our guest speakers will each have a table! Also, the PennDel Women Boutique will be available!
WHAT ABOUT SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS?
When registering, please indicate if you need Hearing-Impaired accommodations, Spanish Translation, or Wheelchair Seating. Email us at info@penndelwomen.org with questions.
IS THERE A CONFERENCE T-SHIRT?
Yes! You can pre-order your conference t-shirt with your registration for only $25. The cost of the T-shirt will increase to $30 at the conference. When you arrive at the Hershey Lodge Convention Center, look for the designated t-shirt pick-up area at the PDW Store. Your registration ticket must be scanned before receiving your shirt.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Infants UNDER two years old are welcome. The Overflow room is available for your convenience. Mothers with infants are asked to sit near the exit doors for prompt exit when necessary.
