Ministry and Business Exhibitor Application

We appreciate your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the 2025 Audacious Faith Conference.

Please read the information below before submitting your application.

 

There is a $25 non-refundable application fee due at the time of submission. Please note, that submitting this application is NOT a guarantee for placement at the conference. Only select exhibits will be chosen, due to the limited space within the Kalahari Convention Center.

 

Ministry Exhibitor Cost = $250

Business Exhibitor Cost = $350

 

If you are selected as an exhibitor, you will be notified via email by January 30th.

Full payment will be due on February 10th. Failure to pay will result in exhibit cancellation.

Exhibitor cost includes:  One Conference Pass, 8-foot table, tablecloth, and complimentary WiFi device access

Additional purchases include:  A second table, electric access (must provide own cording), meals, and lodging

 

Overnight accommodations:  You are responsible for securing your own overnight accommodations, should you need them. Our discounted room rate at Kalahari is $199 per night and includes four waterpark passes.  In order to receive our group rate, ALL hotel reservations must be completed through the link below by February 4, 2025. After this date, rooms can still be booked, but they will not be available at the discounted rate.

Ticket Registration:  If anyone working your table would like to attend the conference sessions, you are responsible for securing their ticket.

Exhibitor applications close on January 29th. We will contact you regarding the status of your application after this date.
