The World Might Be CLOSED, But Your Bible Shouldn't Be!

Here we are, at home base.  Distanced from everything and everyone. You may be welcoming the slower pace or more time with family around the table. You may be working remotely, or have become an overnight homeschooling mom. You may live alone and the quiet is starting to bother you. You may be or know someone who is suffering from the virus.

Borders closed. Lock-downs enforced. Businesses closed. Churches meeting online. The whole world, at large, seems to be closed.

Looking at the world’s current state should only push us toward His Word. As believers, we know that He has the answer to every question and every need.

This blog will be different from others. There is nothing that I could say that could relieve your fears, provide wisdom or bring hope. So I implore you to open the Word of God and listen to His voice. Let it ring out the loudest! Let it ring louder the daily news, social media feeds, and your own inner speculative thoughts.

Below you will find several topics. Provided is a guiding verse. Other scripture references are listed for you to dig deep and spend time with the Father!  Stay in the secret place.  Keep you Bible open.  Then, you’ll be filled up and ready to help the world when it’s time.

What are you most concerned about? Let’s see what God has to say about it!
