SPRING TOUR FAQ

I HAVE ALREADY ATTENDED THE INSPIRE SPRING TOUR IN THE PAST. SHOULD I PLAN TO GO THIS YEAR?

  • Absolutely! We strive to create a new, inspiring, and fun conference experience every year and don't want you to miss out on this time to get away and be encouraged in your relationship with God!

MAY I INVITE FRIENDS TO THE CONFERENCE?

  • Please do! INSPIRE is designed for the women of the PennDel Ministry Network and the women in their lives: friends, family, co-workers and neighbors.

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL AGE RANGE OF WOMEN THAT ATTEND THE SPRING TOUR?

  • Ladies of all ages are welcome! There will be women from every age range that attend, so everyone should feel comfortable. Topics that will be discussed are most appropriate for high school ages and above.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER NOW, OR CAN I DO IT AT THE DOOR?

  • This is one of our most popular events, so we recommend registering as soon as possible! Registration will remain open and tickets sold at the door, but pricing does increase to $30 on site, so it is best to reserve your tickets early! We hope to see you there!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

  • A friend, of course! You are also encouraged to bring a Bible, a notebook, and a pen. You are also welcome to shop at our boutique area filled with PennDel Women merch, home decor, jewelry and more!

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR THE CONFERENCE?

  • The attire is casual. You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket if you get cold easily.

WILL CHILDCARE BE PROVIDED?

  • Childcare will not be provided during the conference. Our hope is that the INSPIRE Spring Tour will be a time for you to "get away" and be free from distraction so you can receive all God has for you.

WHAT DOES MY REGISTRATION FEE COVER?

  • Each ticket includes access to all Saturday sessions. Lunches and t-shirts are available at an additional cost.

I AM A GROUP LEADER. CAN I REGISTER MY GROUP TOGETHER OR DO THEY REGISTER ON THEIR OWN?

  • Either way! You can choose to register your group at the same time, or have each woman register on their own. However, please note that there will be no reserved seating for large groups - seating will be first come, first served.

SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE ANYTHING IN THE MAIL?

  • While we all love getting mail, we are keeping the sweet surprises for at the Spring Tour! You will receive your email confirmation after registering, but nothing will be mailed to you unless requested. If your church would like promotional pieces mailed to you, please contact us at info@penndelwomen.org and we would be happy to send you a packet free of charge!

I'M INTERESTED IN BEING A VENDOR AT THE INSPIRE SPRING TOUR. TELL ME MORE!

  • The Spring Tour is a great venue to display your brand or represent your organization! A limited number of vendor spots are available. Vendor tables cost $300 and pre-registration is required. Registration includes one 8 foot table and one adult registration. You are required to bring your own table covering. Vendors may set up either Friday afternoon from 2:00-4:00 PM OR Saturday morning from 8:00-9:00 AM.

ARE THERE REFUNDS IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?

  • Thank you for understanding that all registrations are transferable, but non-refundable. Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved, and PDW does not arrange payment for transferred registrations or the exchange of tickets. Everyone who purchases a ticket will be emailed the livestream link. If you are unable to attend, we would love for you to stream it online!
