Group Leader Information
Registration Instructions
ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
On July 30th, you can begin registering online.
When you register, choose “I’d like to create a group so others can join me.”
Name your group, provide a contact email address, and create a join passcode and a manage passcode.
You will receive an email confirmation with your group information and a link to share with those in your group.
Share the link OR your group name and passcode with anyone registering themselves so that they can join your group.
NOTE: Please choose GROUP Ticket Type when forming a group. When you do this, you will see the Group Communication Agreement at the bottom of your registration.

By checking this "use this information for all attendees" option, I agree that I will be responsible for all tickets without unique attendee names.
If you are part of a group, your contact details will be shared with your group leader to communicate with you.

Large Group Reserved Seating (25+)
Groups wanting reserved seating must create a group when registering online (See instructions above)
You must have 25 or more registered in your group to be placed in Large Group Reserved Seating.
You MUST have your group completed by Oct. 25 – no one can be added to your group after this date.
Hotel Information
Hershey Lodge Reservations will be available on SEPTEMBER 3rd.
If you are reserving more than one room, you are required to use the Hershey Lodge Reservation Form.
Please note: No forms sent before Sept. 3rd will be accepted, and no forms missing individual guest names will be accepted. If you choose to mail your form, it must be postmarked on or after Sept. 3rd.
Once the Hershey Lodge has been filled, additional hotels in the area will be listed on our website.
